It’s Monday morning again and it already feels like Sunday morning is far away. Another week getting through work and the busyness of life. As soon as my day is over I have house work that is waiting for me, stressful relationships, busy activities and the underlying current of pain and suffering that comes with life.
Articles like this can remind us that at one time there wasn’t such a significant line between the sacred and secular. Christians went to work with the understanding that they did so as a way to practice their faith, and serve God. Isn’t that hard to do today?
